Tom is a registered physiotherapist, member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He has been actively working with seniors since 2006 and lives in the North Shore since 2009.
Tom has worked in many private and public long care facilities in the North Shore as well as at Lions Gate Hospital with Vancouver Coastal Health.
He enjoys working with seniors who want to regain their mobility, enhance functionality and increase their activities with pain free improved balance. His expertise includes rehabilitation before or after knee and hip replacements as well as treatment of back injuries.
In his mobile practice, Tom has treated people with chronic and acute pain, arthritis, back or neck injuries, fractures, decondition post hospitalization, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, ALS, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and dementia among others.
During his leisure time, Tom enjoys hiking with his wife in the North Shore, and playing music. Tom plays the guitar and sings jazz as well as Bossa Nova.
